Questions and your content
The questions come from quizbowl tournament packets and belong to their writers and tournaments. They're here so people can practice. If you wrote a question and want it changed or removed, email support@onlinequiz.net.
You keep ownership of what you add, like names, notes and reports. You give us permission to store it and show it as part of the service.
Changes to the service
We work hard to keep OnlineQuiz running, but it can change, pause or have mistakes. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. OnlineQuiz isn't responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. For any claim about the service, our total responsibility is limited to $20. Some places don't allow these limits, and there they apply only as far as the law allows.
Ending your account
You can stop using OnlineQuiz at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@onlinequiz.net. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top, and we tell you about big changes on the site or by email. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.
